This month's outing to Long Crendon was enjoyed by all! Brian Smith spoke from the book of Jonah, engaging us with various points and allowing us to explore the text with a fresh view. We were able to share our thoughts, ask questions and tackle different themes. Looking forw

During the week we prayed about different topics including Christians in War-Torn regions and Missionaries, participated in the One Hour Prayer Cycle and thought about Waiting In Prayer, looking at the lives of various people in the Bible. It was a good week spent in conversation with God

The month's theme was Sing The Psalms. Each bible passage was taken from the book of Psalms, followed by a song based on the verse(s). We had a great evening with participation from those gathered, who had the opportunity to share their favourite psalms with the rest of the group.

We had yet another lovely day away, and not just because of the sunshine! We heard from Chris Vaz, who led us in three sessions of teaching. We learnt about the ways, demands and process of God, and how they may seem unreasonable, but that our Good Father ultimately has a good plan for us.

We watched I Can Only Imagine, and the film was enjoyed by all.
