Our largest gathering of the week, our family service begins with prayer and worship. We sing a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship music, accompanied by both our pianist and Worship Team.
This is followed by our offering time and weekly notices.
We currently share in the Lord's Supper (Communion) every week during our Sunday service, inviting everyone who trusts in the Lord as their personal Saviour to partake. This is a special and important part of our service.
After the Communion, the children go upstairs for Sunday Bible Club (SBC) with their leaders, while the rest of the congregation remain downstairs for the main sermon. Berrymead is blessed to have a variety of visiting speakers to share God's word with us as well as our own in-house speakers, allowing us to experience different approaches and teaching styles.
The service typically closes by 12.30pm with a final song and prayer, after which we enjoy refreshments and catch up with one another!
